Winter Fun
I remember saying as a teenager that when I grow up I am moving from Cincinnati because there was nothing to do here. But, as I grew up, I learned that Cincinnati is a great place with so many fun events I didn’t know about. During the warmer months there are all kinds of fairs, festivals, free concerts and baseball games to attend. Even in the cold months the city offers some fun with the Festival of Lights at the zoo, horse carriage rides, and ice skating at Fountain Square.
Recently, we went downtown to ice skate. We went down with David, Lauren, and Logan. Stacey was still in town, and I knew this was something she’d enjoy so I invited her to join.

Stacey brought Ellie (Andy & Stacey’s cousin) which was a great idea! Ellie and Logan had a great time together. Actually, they were adorable! If Ellie fell, Logan helped her up. They laughed at each others jokes. They skated around the rink together. It was seriously cute! They had a blast!

Now as an adult I realize how fun Cincinnati can be. I think the city is getting better about having events downtown. I’m glad this is still my home!
What fun winter activities does your city offer?

I’m actually pouting over this ridiculously hot weather – except I do have plans to hit the beach on sunday, sooo maybe i don’t mind it soo much

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog!
